Quantum Group Acquires Car Component Supplier BT Magnet-Technologie GmbH

Quantum Group has bought BT Magnet-Technologie GmbH (BTMT), a joint venture by Robert Bosch GmbH and TDK Electronics Europe GmbH.

BTMT produces in Herne ferrite steel magnets and sinter metal parts for the automobile, car component and electronic tool industry. The company achieves annual sales of approximately 55 million euros.
