Optegra Acquires German Clinics from CityLasik and Memira

The international premium provider of innovative eye surgery, Optegra, has bought the German clinics so far operated by Swedish ophthalmology chain MEMIRA, located in Munich and Stuttgart.

Following the transaction, Optegra now runs ophthalmological surgery centers in Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Aachen, Krefeld, and Magdeburg. 60 top expert ophtalmology surgeons are employed by the Optegra Group.
