Icubic AG Acquires HighQIT Consulting Firm

Icubic AG has taken over 100% of the shares of HighQIT for the Financial Industry GmbH.

For 14 years, Icubic AG has produced, supported, and operated its own standard software suite as well as customized solutions for international finance. HighQIT is going to add to Icubic AG’s range of services in the area of system integration and consulting. HighQIT provides support for 30 customers throughout Europe. Due to the acquisition, the total staff of Icubic has increased to over 150 employees.
