The Ernst & Young GmbH auditing firm has purchased owner-operated cqc Corporate Quality Consulting GmbH, located in Siegburg. The Munich-based TRACC LEGAL law firm, with Dr. Thomas Lotz (M&A) in charge, acted as the seller’s advisor.

cqc Corporate Quality Consulting GmbH is a German consulting firm based in Siegburg and specialized in the fields of IT strategy, IT transformation, and IT-driven business model transformation. With its staff of 65 and seven locations across the German-speaking countries, it achieves annual sales in the low double-digit million euro range.

Ernst & Young GmbH’s objective in acquiring the company is to incorporate it in its own business. The company’s directors and founders, Stephan Salmann and Oliver Kuklok, will become partners of Ernst & Young.
