Merger between two German IT pioneers

Munich-based DMC Datenverarbeitungs- und Management Consulting GmbH (“DMC”) has acquired Kölsch & Altmann Software & Management Consulting GmbH (“K&A”). Both enterprises have been successful market players for more than 30 years. By this merger DMC extends its range of products and its know-how into the field of software assisted defense technology and automotive.

On the other hand, the sellers of K&A successfully identified a reliable and competent enterprise as successor, providing an excellent prospect for the K&A headcount of some 25 employees.
