By November 13, 2015, Solvesta AG, a listed Munich based venture capital company acquired the business operations of the German sports and fan merchandise business fan & more by Casalino e.K., located in Düsseldorf.

During the past 18 years fan & more established as one of the leading brands within the sports and fan merchandise market in Germany. With a staff of 20 people fan & more reached a turnover of about EUR 10 Mio in 2015. fan & more already acts as market leader in the field of online marketing, running two stores beside. Various distribution partnerships with notable sport clubs and sports brands do exist.

After completion of upcoming reorganization and consolidation measures a turnover of more than EUR 12 Mio is expected for 2016. In particular due to UEFA EURO 2016 and the expansion of the existing business model to foreign European countries Solvesta anticipates high capacities. In addition Solvesta is already in discussions to gain further investment partners in fan & more.
