By Sale and Purchase Agreement dating November 13, 2015, Nexeya S.A., located at Nanterre/France, acquired owner-operated TechS.A.T. GmbH with registered seat in Poing/ Munich.

TechS.A.T. GmbH, founded about 30 years ago, is one of the world´s leading specialists in the development, design, integration, testing and maintenance of embedded aircraft systems. In Germany and China TechS.A.T. has around 50 headcounts. TechS.A.T. is contributing many aircraft programs, including the major Airbus and Boeing programs as well as programs in the emerging markets like China, Russia, Korea, Indonesia and others.

Financial Investor owned Nexeya reached a turnover of EUR 175 Mio. in the last fiscal year, which the management aims to double within the next five years. By the present acquisition Nexeya, which designs, tests and maintains critical electronic systems for the defense, aeronautics, space, transportation, and energy markets expects an add-on to its portfolio as well as an improved access to emerging markets by this acquisition.
