On 24 August 2016 Munich industrial group ADCURAM sold the HOCO Group, which trades in Germany under Hoco Fenster und Haustüren GmbH. The buyer is a group of investors consisting of NAVIGIS AG and Apex AG.

ADCURAM had only acquired the HOCO Group at the end of 2015 as part of the building components division of the Haas Group, but is now concentrating its window and door business activities on the Bayerwald brand.

HOCO has had a pan-regional presence across Germany, Austria and Italy for more than 30 years. The company’s core expertise lies in the manufacture and distribution of windows, doors and sun protection products. It posts turnover in excess of €30 million with a current workforce of 250.
