Munich law firm TRACC LEGAL expands further with Markus Möller as new partner. Mr Möller has been admitted to the German bar in 2006. Since then he had been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT, from 2011 as partner, in its Frankfurt office. He studied law at the universities of Münster and Wellington (New Zealand), where he gained a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
Markus Möller’s professional activities are focused on banking and finance, mergers & acquisitions, the real estate sector and aviation law. He specialises in project and acquisition financings as well as corporate finance. Markus Möller brings a wealth of experience from different financing projects (including syndicated loans, bonded loans (Schuldscheindarlehen), asset-based finance and structured finance) and supports investors and financial institutions across the world in transactions and cross-border acquisitions. Mr Möller also provides regularly legal advice on renewable energy projects. “These are areas we want to continue to expand with our new partner”, says Dr. Thomas Lotz, founder of the law firm.
