Markus Möller has been admitted to the German bar in 2006. He studied law at the universities of Münster and Wellington (New Zealand), where he gained a Master of Laws (LL.M.). From 2006 to 2019 Mr Möller worked with BEITEN BURKHARDT, from 2011 as partner, in its Frankfurt office.
Markus Möller’s professional activities are focused on banking and finance, mergers & acquisitions, the real estate sector and aviation law. He specialises in project and acquisition financing as well as corporate finance and brings a wealth of experience from different financing projects (including syndicated loans, bonded loans (Schuldscheindarlehen), asset-based finance and structured finance) as well as advising investors and financial institutions in global transactions and cross-border acquisitions. Mr Möller also regularly provides legal advice on renewable energy projects.
