Matthias Jacobs
Mr. Jacobs has been admitted to the bar in Munich since 2010. He studied law at the Universities of Leipzig, Padua and Milan. In the course of his studies in Leipzig and Milan he acquainted a Master degree (Master of Laws) in European Private Law (“Europäischer Privatrechtsverkehr”). From 2010 until 2018 Mr. Jacobs has worked for the law firms of Zirngibl (formerly Zirngibl Langwieser) and LFR Laukemann Former Rösch as a counsel for medium-sized companies, family offices, private investors and start-ups in the fields of general corporate law, transactions, shareholder conflicts, corporate housekeeping and directors’ liability.
Matthias Jacobs is specialist lawyer for trade and company law („Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht”). Working for TRACC LEGAL he will focus on the assistance and advice with transactions, investments, of start-ups and in the general field of corporate and contract law. Furthermore, Mr. Jacobs will offer his services as litigation lawyer. Mr. Jacobs speaks German, English and Italian. He is a member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce Munich and Stuttgart.
